Consumption

Consumption control and monitoring constist of a water valve (often for water supply) and three consumption meters: Water, power and miscellaneous (the latter is often labelled district heating). See figure 1.

Water valve
Control of mechanical water valve. Use the buttons "Open" and "Close" at the top right to control the valve. The change takes ca. 2 minutes. On frost protection alert the valve will automatically close.

Water meter

Reset water meter
Reset the water consumption meter (odo) when e.g. a new renter moves in. The date when the meter was reset updates when the house-control instruction was been processed.

Water total
The total water consumption should equal the psycical meter value. If the physical meter is replaced, it is necessary to synchronize the total water consumption value.

Water meter pulses pr liter
Preset by flex-control and shows the resolution pr unit for the consumption meter. If water total gains or looses m³, it might be due to inaccurate water meter pulses.

Water consumption pr day
Write the maximum allowed consumption pr day, before alerting assigned receivers.

Power meter

Reset power måler
Resetting the power meter works identical to the water meter described above.

Power total
The total power consumption should equal the psycical meter value. If the physical meter is replaced, it is necessary to synchronize the total power consumption value.

Power meter pulses pr kWh
Preset by flex-control and shows the resolution pr unit for the consumption meter. If power total gains or looses kWh, it might be due to inaccurate water meter pulses.

Power consumption pr dag
Write the maximum allowed consumption pr day, before alerting assigned receivers.

Miscellaneous meter (district heating)

Resetting the miscellaneous meter
Resetting the power meter works identical to the water meter described above.

Miscellaneous total (district heating total)
The total consumption should equal the psycical meter value. If the physical meter is replaced, it is necessary to synchronize the total misc consumption value.

Miscellaneous meter pulses pr unit
Preset by flex-control and shows the resolution pr unit for the consumption meter. If the total value gains or looses kWh, it might be due to inaccurate meter pulses.

Miscellaneous consumption pr day
Write the maximum allowed consumption pr day, before alerting assigned receivers.
