Login

Log in to house-control remote control starts from www.flex-control.dk. Next, choose login in the menu at the top.

A screenshot like shown in figure 1 is shown.

To log in type information about:

Which house to access in House id / alias (Hus id / alias)
Which user to use with each specific rights in the drop downbox in User (Bruger)
The password assigned to the user of this house in Password (Adgangskode)

House id / alias
Type in here the 4-8 digit identificationnumber for the house, which is provided by flex-control a/s. Read mere about how to use an alias for a house-is at the bottom of this page.

User
Choose between Administrator/owner (ejer), Super user (Superuser) and Booking. Each of these users has different rights in the remote control (read more).

Password
The 4-10 digit password is an integer, and assigned the chosen user.
A temporary password can be provided by flex-control a/s for applicable conditions.

Report malfunction
Do you experiencing problems with the remote control, or the house-control functions in your house, please inform flex-control a/s about it. Choose "fejlrapportering" to fill out a error form.

User manuals
for the house-control system exist two user manuals; one for the functions in the house, and one for the remote control.The user manual for the functions in the house can be downloaded as a PDF-file, and printed. The user manual for the remote control is embedded in the software, and opened by clicking the respective help buttons.

Alias for house-id
House-id is required for remote control log on, and can be difficult to remember. By creating an alias for the house-id, you can choose a name by your choice to used instead of the house-id. Use the app to created your alias.
